Swing check valve, also known as a one-way valve or non-return valve, whose role is to prevent the medium back in the pipeline. Check valve is opening and closing by medium flow and can prevent the media back. Check valves are automatic valves, mainly used for one-way flow of media channels, only allowing media to flow in one direction, in order to prevent accidents. This type valve in the pipe should generally be installed horizontally.
 
Nominal pressure of Swing check valves is PN1.0MPa ~ 42.0MPa, Class150-2500; It's nominal diameter is DN15 ~ 1200mm, NPS1 / 2 ~ 48 and working temperature is -196 ~ 540 C degree. Swing check valve function is preventing the medium back. Swing check valve applicable to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea and other media through the use of different materials (WCB, CF8 (M), CF3 (M), 1Gr5Mo, 15CrMo1V. Swing check valves are mainly used pipeline petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, electricity and so on.
 
Swing check valve using built-in swing arm structure, the valve opening and closing parts are all mounted on inside of the body but not penetrate the body. The valve prevent the possibility of medium leakage with no leakage point except the flange parts using the sealing gasket and sealing ring. Swing check valve rocker and plate connected using a spherical structure, so that the valve plate has a certain degree of freedom in the range of 360 degrees and a appropriate trace position compensation.
 
Swing check valves is suitable for clean media, not suitable for viscosity medium or medium which containing solid particles.
